Director, Information Technology, EGH Planning Office
We are looking for a visionary and experienced leader to provide strategic Information Technology (IT) leadership, identifying and addressing the IT needs of the new hospital. You will lead a team in establishing IT requirements for a new acute hospital and in implementing IT systems, ensuring the integrity of business operations, and developing innovative solutions for secure, seamless operations.
Additionally, you will ensure that EGH’s IT strategy aligns with cluster and national plans and objectives. You will also develop procedures and processes to ensure that the new IT systems developed comply with public healthcare IT security policies.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology in Singapore.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or equivalent, with at least 16 years of IT management and leadership experience in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, along with strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills; capable of leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation, demonstrating effective teamwork.
- Knowledge of IT security matters, including security infrastructure design, operations, and compliance, would be an advantage.
