Executive (Communication), Office of Sing Health Academy, 2-Year Contract
You profile and position Sing Health Academy as the preferred training provider for nurturing future healthcare professionals. This includes developing and implementing a full spectrum of integrated communications and publicity efforts for key initiatives and programmes. You will also provide support in organising in-house events and maintaining websites under Sing Health Academy.
In addition to the above, you will work together with education stakeholders to plan and execute overall integrated communications targeted at internal and external audiences for various entities. You will propose ideas for concepts and contents and develop collaterals. You will also partner with cluster communications team to reinforce education through recognition of education excellence on various communications channels.
You will develop and spearhead engagement strategies to engage stakeholders such as senior management, education stakeholders, residents and learners to ensure that key education strategies for milestone events are communicated clearly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience in marketing communications including writing, editing and design would be an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in graphic design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and possess good sense of visual design.
- Familiar with website management. Experience with using Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage.
- Adept at project management and able to drive multi-faceted campaigns with good outcomes
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Experience in stakeholder engagement
