DESIGNATION : Executive (Business Planning & Administration)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Business Planning Manager/Lead, the Business Planning Executive will be part of the planning and development team to drive the business outcomes of FBM.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify business gaps and opportunities
- Propose new product offerings, technologies, processes, ideas
- Plan and engage stakeholders for execution of new initiatives
- Monitor and report performance of new initiatives
- Coordinate and support ongoing business development efforts with relevant departments
- Solicit and manage corporate partnerships/ collaborations
- Facilitate the productivity initiatives for FBM Operations
- Execute day-to-day administrative functions and clerical duties
- Track and monitor performance metrics
- Reconcile month end inventory
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self driven, able to multitask, organized and meticulous
- Sensitive to market trends
- Well versed in GSuite applications and SAP
- Prior experience in the F&B / retail / service industry preferred
