Stag Match is looking for an independent and team player Executive Assistant cum Operation Personal .
Job description
- Assist Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director, or other staff as appropriate.
- Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Assist and execute Director in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the Director’s responsibility – chasing responses, triggering follow-up action.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director.
- preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Supervise all Trust incoming/outgoing mail.
- Any other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Performing minor accounting duties
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Assist and executing plan and coordinating of the project
- Solving problem a raising
- Computer literacy

- Having good IT knowledge ( eg : web development )

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
