Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Checking of suppliers’ invoices against purchase orders, goods receipt in system.
- Handle enquiries from suppliers and perform vendor reconciliation for payment.
- Liaise and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
- Liaise with suppliers on invoices, credit notes and payment related matters.
- Prepare month end journals and monthly schedules.
- Checking of staff expense claims.
- Preparation of monthly Giro payment
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.
Key Requirements
Key Requirements
- Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance or related educational qualification
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP System
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
- A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
