Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Checking of suppliers’ invoices against purchase orders, goods receipt in system.
Handle enquiries from suppliers and perform vendor reconciliation for payment.
Liaise and resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments.
Liaise with suppliers on invoices, credit notes and payment related matters.
Prepare month end journals and monthly schedules.
Checking of staff expense claims.
Preparation of monthly Giro payment
Any other ad hoc duties as and when required.

Key Requirements
Key Requirements

Degree, preferably in Accounting/Finance or related educational qualification
Proficient in MS Excel and SAP System
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
A self-starter who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently
