AUPE is looking for a passionate candidate to join our Membership Services team, reporting to the Manager. As Executive (Membership), you will perform an administrative role to assist in union membership administration. You will also work closely with the different entities within the AUPE Group to support members’ welfare activities.

Responsibilities
This role reports to Manager (Membership), and your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist in membership processing, enquiries, and operations
- Maintain proper and accurate database records and documentation
- Attend roadshows, induction talks and other events to promote union membership sign-up
- Assist to review membership policies and processes
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
To meet the challenges of this role, you must be/have:
- Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in any discipline
- Experience in a membership related organisation, including some experience in coordinating events and/or programs, will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Power Point
- Strong sense of initiative and teamwork
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage concurrent tasks efficiently
