EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER (PSG-JR TEAM)

G. EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER (PSG-JR TEAM)
Responsibilities
Business Development
  • Increase the enterprise adoption of Productivity Solution Grant – Job Redesign (PSG JR)
  • Drive corporate sales of PSG-JR through cold calling, one-to-one engagement with companies, mass outreach events, and active follow-up on sales leads
Marketing & marketing communications
  • Work with internal and external partners to support outreach and networking events, on-line and off-line marketing to increase awareness and adoption of PSG-JR
  • Identify and gather success stories on PSG-JR
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date marketing collaterals for publicity of PSG-JR
Programme administration
  • Administer PSG-JR in accordance with WSG’s requirements stated in the SOP guide
  • Process applications and claims on PSG-JR via the designated grant portal adhering to established service standards
Qualifications
  • Min Diploma/Degree in Business/Business Administration/Marketing/Marcom or related disciplines
  • 2 years or more experience is preferred
  • Must be articulate, and confident in promoting programmes to companies one-to-one and during mass industry events
  • Must be result-oriented, resourceful, and possess perseverance in meeting the organisation’s KPIs</li
