Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
• Manage comprehensive financial operations, including but not limited to full finance functions, tax, GST compliance, and reporting as per IRAS regulations.
• Optimize the use and functionality of ERP within financial operations.
• Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Implement robust financial controls and governance frameworks to ensure compliance with local laws and standards.
• Spearhead the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Drive the financial performance of the organization by providing insights and analysis for decision-making.
• Manage and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related fields; advanced certifications (CPA or equivalent) are highly regarded.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a finance management role within the F&B industry.
• Expertise in utilizing ERP for financial management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations, including GST, tax laws, and IRAS requirements.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing both direct and indirect reports.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and report writing skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
