About the Client:


Coming from a very well established quick serve F&B brand in China, looking to expand its footprint in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management : Oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling.
• Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.
• Customer Service Excellence : Ensure a superior customer experience by actively engaging with guests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards.
• Quality Control : Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability by analyzing financial data and implementing effective cost-saving measures.
• Marketing & Promotion : Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers, including overseeing social media presence and coordinating events or special promotions.

Qualifications:

• Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, ideally in a high-volume setting. Experience with Hunan or other Asian cuisines is a plus.
• Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Customer-Focused : Excellent customer service skills, with a keen focus on ensuring a memorable dining experience for every guest.
• Financial Acumen : Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Problem-Solving Ability : Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
• Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, including fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Flexibility : Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
