Fire Safety Manager

- Implement Fire Safety measures and protocols by the Workplace Safety Act
- Manage WSH records, certificates, and reports in view of WSH legislation
- Enforce all Fire/Safety requirements with company policies and company safety regulations
- Regular Fire safety checks/ inspections usually cover the assessment of fire hazards, as well as ensure the safety of the property
- Key person for incident investigations and reports any suspicious activities around the establishment
- Able to respond and deal with security alerts outside of business hours in the event of an emergency
- Good understanding of Fire Panels and Key person for Fire Drill and evacuation
- Ensure contractors comply with safety requirements before work commencement
- Prepares monthly Safety report
- Conduct Fire/ Safety training and activities related to the establishment
- Leads risk assessment in ensuring safe work procedures
- Collaborate closely with the operation team and local government agencies to ensure the business operations run smoothly
- Responsible for overseeing the security of the establishment and third-party Security Agency following company policies
- Possess the Fire Safety Manager Certification
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a Fire Safety Manager and experience in managing commercial and/or industrial buildings.
- Excellent leadership & management skills with positive energy and drive.
- Good understanding of safety & health regulations (WSH) in Singapore context is a must
- Good Eyes for hazard identification
- Knowledgeable in incident investigation and reporting
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office applications
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
