Footwear Retail Sales Promoter (Temporary | 3 to 4 months)

ECCO Shoes Singapore is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic temporary sales promoters to join our team and play a key role in promoting our shoes. If you have a passion for creating memorable retail experiences and possess excellent interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you!
Salary: $12 per hour
Description
  • Engage in meaningful interactions and providing excellent customer service
  • Attend to all customers and demonstrate effective selling skills and product knowledge
  • Establish customers' requirements using questioning techniques and listening skills
  • Make good recommendations of ECCO shoes to customers
  • Advise customers on maintenance and care of ECCO shoes
  • Close sales to customers' satisfaction
  • Handle customer feedback, returns and after-sales service
  • Take part in the training to obtain in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
  • Ensure that visual merchandising standards are adhered to all times
  • Set up attractive product displays and promotional booths
  • Monitor stock and ensure optimal inventory
  • Simple stock replenishment request
  • Keep track of all ins and outs of inventory including sales, transfers, returns
  • Perform other on-site tasks as required during the event
Requirements
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in retail or sales would be advantageous
  • Willingness to learn and commit

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,500.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 32 per week

Experience:
  • Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
