Responsibilities
- Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work to centralize and abstract infrastructure complexities within the platform layer, empowering application teams with secure, efficient tools for developing and deploying Gen AI use cases in a consistent and reliable way.
- Researches, evaluates, and shares existing and upcoming new technologies with the team.
- Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to deploy AI technologies.
- Partner with developers and business users to enhance the platform’s developer experience (DX) and ensure it effectively supports the AI requirements of the organization. Provides communication with Product Managers, Designers, Teammates, and dependent teams in order to write efficient code.
Qualifications
- A degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
- Proficient in Agile development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD) , Continuous Integration (CI ), Continuous Delivery (CD) , Scrum , and Kanban .
- Strong technical proficiency with React JS and front-end tooling .
- Practical experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and automated front-end tooling/testing (e.g., Git Hub Actions).
- Have a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them,
- Self-motivated; independent, organized, and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
- Experience with the full SPA stack , including Webpack, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, and Docker , is highly desirable.
