Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support Investment Services Private Market data ecosystem analytics and services. This role will focus on reviewing and refining the strategy for private market data solutions, ensuring that teams within the private market space collaborate effectively, align with business objectives, and drive improvements in data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise, particularly within the financial or investment sectors, and a keen understanding of data management and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support Investment Services Private Market data ecosystem analytics and services. This role will focus on reviewing and refining the strategy for private market data solutions, ensuring that teams within the private market space collaborate effectively, align with business objectives, and drive improvements in data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis expertise, particularly within the financial or investment sectors, and a keen understanding of data management and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the private market space to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data insights and solutions.
- Analyze and assess private market data strategies and ensure alignment across teams to improve overall synergy and collaboration.
- Design, document, and review business processes, data workflows, and system requirements related to private market data services.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure that data ecosystem solutions are built according to business needs and specifications.
- Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC), with a focus on quality assurance, testing, and validation of data solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation on business requirements, use cases, test plans, and testing results.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Assist in identifying and addressing gaps in data coverage, reporting, and analytics that impact business objectives.
- Help prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Provide ongoing support for data and analytics solutions, identifying areas for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Education : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience :Minimum 3 years of experience as BA. Maximum experience 15 years.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data analytics, testing, and solution delivery in the financial or investment industry.

Technical Skills :Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, integration testing). - Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a strong ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns or areas of improvement.
- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail : Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on data quality, accuracy, and precision.
- Time Management : Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the private markets, financial services, or investment industries is a plus.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools or data visualization platforms.
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Experience with data governance, data quality frameworks, and data integration
