Role Description
Wealth CX is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. The engineer will contribute to the development and enhancement of Discovery CX and Chat CX, two cutting-edge AI-driven products aimed at automating financial market data insights and chatbot interactions.


The role involves full-stack web development, integrating both front-end and back-end technologies. On Discovery CX , you'll work with React, Node.js, and other modern front-end tools. On Chat CX , you'll handle the architecture of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and work closely with Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructures. Prior experience with financial market data is highly desirable, and proficiency in either Japanese or Chinese will be considered a major advantage.


Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications for Discovery CX and Chat CX platforms.

• Work on front-end development using React, Node.js, and related frameworks.

• Work on data science development using RAG infrastructure and LLM technologies for chatbot optimization.

• Ensure seamless API integrations and optimize system performance.

• Collaborate with customers and their teams to implement scalable solutions.

• Ensure compliance with security and performance standards for financial market data.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in front-end development: React, Node.js, HTML, CSS, and Java Script frameworks.

• Strong back-end engineering skills: experience with Node.js, Python, and building scalable APIs.

• Interest in working with RAG systems and Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.

• Knowledge of financial market data or data science is highly desirable.

• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment and work directly with customers on implementation.

• Strong communication skills, and ability to work independently or in teams.

• Fluent in English.

• Bonus: Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese languages.
  

Preferred Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
