Job Description:
We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visual Merchandiser (VM) to join our team. This dual role is perfect for someone who excels in both digital design and physical store aesthetics, ensuring our brand is represented cohesively across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content and designing eye-catching in-store displays that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, digital marketing, websites, and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content that aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies to enhance store layouts, displays, and product presentations.
• Create engaging in-store displays, signage, and promotional materials that drive foot traffic and sales.
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all digital and physical touchpoints.
• Work closely with store managers to optimize visual merchandising efforts and update displays seasonally or as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and visual merchandising techniques to keep our displays fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Merchandiser, or in a similar role.
• Please state your proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Autocad, 3D Rendering Software.
• Strong understanding of brand identity and visual storytelling.
• Creative flair with an eye for detail, color, and layout.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
