*Job Description:*
We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable in maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skill set which enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.
*Responsibilities:*
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
- Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars, and trade shows.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
- Prepare, format, and edit a range of marketing materials.
- Design and present new social media campaign ideas.
- Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback.
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations.
- Help with the planning and hosting of marketing events.
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
- Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content.
*Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):*
- Increase in brand awareness, measured by social media metrics and website traffic.
- Growth in lead generation and conversion rates from marketing campaigns.
- Successful execution of marketing events and promotions within budget and timelines.
- Increase in customer engagement and retention on digital platforms.
- Timely creation and distribution of marketing materials to support sales teams.
- Effective management of marketing inventory, ensuring all materials are available for campaigns and events.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or advertising, preferably in the luxury or skincare industry.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, content management systems, and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SEO strategies, Google Analytics, and Google Ad Words is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members.
