**Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled HR & Accounts Executive to join our team on a part-time basis in North Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, coupled with experience in HR administration, HR management, and accounts payable & receivable. This role offers a hybrid work mode, providing flexibility for the candidate to work both remotely and in the office.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Support HR management functions including performance reviews, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to assist in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, HR Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, and HR roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and HR management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Singaporean labor laws and regulations.
