The HR & Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting HR, payroll, offboarding, and administrative functions within the organization. This role covers recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, offboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Additionally, the HR & Admin Executive oversees office administration, contributing to a productive and organized workplace environment.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.

- Resourceful in finding solutions to HR, payroll, and administrative challenges.
- Uphold privacy and security of employee, payroll, and offboarding data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, payroll, offboarding, and administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll management, Singapore labor laws, and offboarding procedures.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and payroll software (e.g., Xero, Aspire, Airwallex).
