HR and Accounts Executive

1) Human Resource
- Work closely with the management to provide HR advisory, support and full spectrum of HR matters
- Handle employees’ monthly payroll cycle, CPF submission, IR21, IR8A income tax assessment, applications of work permits and employment passes.
- Handle full spectrum of recruitment including advertise, shortlist, arrange interviews, prepare salary proposal, offer successful candidates, onboarding, staff announcement and off-boarding (for leavers)
- Maintain quality data management of employee records in Employee Central/ Success Factor and as administrator for HRMS system in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines.
- Monitor employee’s learning and development through trainings and e-learning courses organized by company

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time including administration and coordinating certification processes.
2) Accounts
- Handle full set of accounts (AP/AR/GL)
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Preparation of payments to vendors and payroll
- Manage month-end and year-end closing

Reporting packages to HQ
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- Diploma in Business, Accountancy or related discipline
- Must have knowledge with local accounting software such as Quick Books (preferred), Xero etc
- Possess knowledge of statutory and employment law
- Independent, self-drive and able to work under pressure
- Meticulous and detail oriented
