We are currently looking for a HR Assistant to join their team.
Responsibility:

• Employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Administer work pass applications for new hire, renewal and separation. And employee confirmation process.
• Create new hire P-file with the documents.
• Recruitment: Job posting, shortlisting and interviewing.
• Handle all HR related administrative task related to employment.
• Contribute to the analysis and implementation of various talent sourcing approaches and tools.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers on manpower requisitions and fill approved job vacancies promptly

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Diploma in HR management or equivalent.
• Familiar with Singapore Legislation e.g., Employment Act is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
