POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform HR administrations, handling of recruitment & selection
Assist onboarding and off-boarding process
Assist to maintain and ensure accuracy of information in the HRM system and physical documents (ie. Employee records, leave, claims etc)
Monitor and process all work passes renewal and application
Managing the communication channel with the staff e.g. announcement of policies, events etc
Provide administrative support such as scanning, filling, compiling documents etc.
Perform any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Salary is commensurate with HR experiences in Singapore
Locally Candidates must be familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive approach, Meticulous, Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
