The HR Executive Role

Serve as a recruitment specialist to provide end to end support for company’s recruitment needs, including sourcing for candidates, managing candidates, overseeing selection, and managing onboarding
Prepare and maintain employment records and paperwork for manpower related events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions
Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms
Conceptualise and conduct employee orientations
Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
Provide internal stakeholders with necessary HR support and undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skill Requirements

Proficient in MS Office
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to think critically and make astute decisions

Other Requirements

Meticulous and able to multi-task
Independent and reliable
Takes initiative and willing to learn
Singaporean

Estimated Salary: $2800 to $3500 monthly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
