Job Title: HR Officer/ Senior Executive

About Company:
Our client was established in 1997. A wholly owned subsidiary of a major chemical company in Japan. They produce Super-Pure Hydrogen Peroxide and Ammonium Hydroxide for the semiconductor industry.

Job Description:

• Take on all aspects of hands-on HR duties, including employee recruitment, work pass application, payroll, compensation, employee benefits, etc.
• Review and propose improvement to the workflow and procedures.
• Main contact person of specific HR duties both externally and internally.
• Manage and allocate employee schedules for qualification renewal, training, health checkups, etc.
• Engage external consulting and recruiting agencies as needed for HR-related functions.
• Implement/improve and maintain HR system data integrity.
• Work with superior and Directors to establish and upgrade HR system and policies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
• Perform daily HR duties to cover the absence of other HR staff or subordinates.
• Attend physical/on-line seminars to learn and collect up-to-date HR information and apply to MPCS HR system, as necessary.
• Undertake other duties assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in business, management or human resource discipline.

- At least 2 - 3 years of any HR related experience.

• Experience of sales/ consultants at HR agencies will also be considered.
• Payroll experience is preferred.
• Good knowledge of employment related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking workers.
• Possess the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation:

• Working location: Tuas, Singapore

- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am / 8.30am - 5pm / 5.30pm
