HR Recruitment Consultant (Full time/ Part time) - Multiple Vacancies!!

The Recruitment Assistant will ensure a positive experience by liaising directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, greet and host candidates while on-site, and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process by sourcing top-tier candidates and conducting thorough screening and selection to identify the best fit.
Build and maintain robust networks of potential talent to proactively fill current and future roles.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our company culture and career opportunities to attract candidates.
Drive talent recruitment efforts to meet quarterly hiring targets, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for every candidate from application to offer.
Assist in planning and executing recruitment-focused events, including open houses, meetups, university career fairs, and participation in industry events.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.

Role Requirements:

A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
Singapore Citizen are preferred.
Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of the Employment Act and Fair Consideration Framework is an advantage.
Show initiative and willingness to learn.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
