The Recruitment Assistant will ensure a positive experience by liaising directly with candidates and recruiters to schedule interviews, greet and host candidates while on-site, and address any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment process by sourcing top-tier candidates and conducting thorough screening and selection to identify the best fit.
- Build and maintain robust networks of potential talent to proactively fill current and future roles.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and serve as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating our company culture and career opportunities to attract candidates.
- Drive talent recruitment efforts to meet quarterly hiring targets, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience for every candidate from application to offer.
- Assist in planning and executing recruitment-focused events, including open houses, meetups, university career fairs, and participation in industry events.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records.
- Open concept layout office located near Newton MRT.

- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
- Singapore Citizen are preferred.
- Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Employment Act and Fair Consideration Framework is an advantage.
- Show initiative and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
