The Personal Assistant will manage communications between internal and external stakeholders on various tasks, projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools, to prepare reports and assist with special projects.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, documents, and reports, ensuring electronic files are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks as needed.
- Manage the professional and personal schedules of senior leaders, including calendar management, email correspondence, calls, and coordinating internal and external meetings.
- Plan and coordinate events, including recommending and booking venues for both professional and personal gatherings.
- Organize and maintain records, contacts, and documents for senior leaders to ensure efficient access to important information.
- Open concept layout office located near Newton MRT.

- Exposure to the financial industry.
- Full certificate in GCE 'A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification equivalent to the above.
- Singapore Citizen.
- Full-time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9:30 AM - 6 PM.
- Basic knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
