Business Growth Strategist (IMPORTANT ROLE!!))

The business analyst will work with the team to help them improve current processes and systems. Effective use of your problem-solving skills to develop new solutions and help introduce these systems to businesses and clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the development team to capture system requirements and design quality technical solutions.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to understand business processes, analyze, model, and interpret data.
  • Apply critical thinking to identify innovative trends and market opportunities.
  • Actively seek new business partnerships within the PSO community to drive growth.
  • Methodically oversee project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery by applying your knowledge and skills.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the team.
  • Engage in project walkthroughs, gather business requirements, participate in design phases, develop functional test plans, conduct user training, and oversee implementation.
  • Develop business strategies by leveraging data and market research to attract high-potential clients.

Role Requirements
  • A full certificate in GCE 'A-Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma qualification, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, or any other academic qualification which is equivalent to the above qualifications.
  • Singapore Citizen or Singapore PRs!
  • Part time role is available.
  • Full time working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 9.30 AM - 6 PM
  • Analytical and resourceful.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and innovate.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $3,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 44 per week
