Scope of Services :

The ICT Support Personnel will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school’s ICT devices and providing technical support to users. The key duties include:

Qualifications, Skills & Experience :

Mandatory :

• Diploma in IT-related field.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience conducting enrichment workshops or equivalent activities in schools.

Preferred :

• 1 year of experience as an ICT Executive or similar role in a school setting.
• Experience in troubleshooting ICT devices.
• Knowledge of Audio-Visual (AV) setup in school environments.
• Experience in audio and video production for school events.
• Ability to use video editing software and applications.
• Registered under MOE’s Registration and Engagement Management System (REMS 2.0).
