Incoming Materials Quality Lead

This position is responsible for executing the Quality plan for Incoming Materials Quality to ensure that the change plans are executed within agreed times and milestone delivery. Additionally, this role will be develop the change management plans to ensure that the business process, strategic objectives and organisation implementation are embedded sustainability to deliver the objectives for IM in GSC.

In this role you will:
- Develop and manage the change plans for IM Quality to ensure that all agreed timelines and milestones are met.
- Carry out engagement sessions with sites and IM Quality team to ensure that the changes are implemented in line with the agreed principles.
- Lead the communications plan for the IM Quality team and key stakeholders.

- Broad experience of project management and communications Change Management experience.
- Project Management skills, including communication to stakeholders across a matrix team.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt, anticipate issues, work under uncertainty, and accommodate flexible work demands.
- Capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Degree in a Science or related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to be assertive.
- Basic knowledge of multiple dosage forms.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
