AP Capital is looking to hire an entrepreneurial Delta One Trader to setup the first India focused desk.
Responsibilities:
AP Capital is looking to hire an entrepreneurial Delta One Trader to setup the first India focused desk.
Responsibilities:
- Build India specific aspects of the trading desk eg Brokers, Exchange, Prime, Clearing etc.
- Develop delta one trading strategies for India from scratch
- Perform India index arbitrage, trade ADR pair, ETF market making, index rebalance or similar Delta One strategies
- Search for and monitor trading opportunities within India
- Manage existing strategies execution (automated or manual)
- Minimum 3 years trading trackrecord experience in India delta one preferably from hedge funds or Proprietary trading firms.
- Successful Pn L track record, utilise leverage to generate excellent returns & manage downside risk.
- Highly numerical, preferably with some basic ideas in statistics and probabilities.
- Technical skills with Python or C++ (to build trading tools or signals or Algo's)
- Ability to multi-task, act and think quickly
- Self-disciplined, highly motivated and proactive.
- Degree holder preferably in Financial Engineering, Maths, Computer Science
