Infrastructure Engineer, Service Now
Location: Singapore, Singapore
Company: Singtel Group
- Support and administration of Service Now platform services
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To configure, maintenance, customization, and administration of Service Now modules mainly for ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks including system health check, Service Now patches and upgrades.
- Support and maintain team regular tasks including monthly reports generation and user access matrix review.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Service Now configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users and mentor to junior team members.
- Maintain documentation related to Service Now platform and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with NCS and project security guidelines, requirements, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in Service Now, Infrastructure Deployment, Microsoft Windows, LINUX.
