Job Purpose

Support AZAP office manager in day to day operations of AZAP Singapore Office to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the Office and employee experience.

This internship is a 3 to 4 months internship till the end of 2024.

What you do

Support office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company guidelines
Coordinate with Internal and External providers on service requests completion
Track, maintain and organise supplies inventory with regular usage reporting
Content setup and migration of Intranet portal
Conduct market research, gather information as requested and Assist in preparing reports, presentation and data analysis

What you bring

Knowledge of MS 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

- Reliable, responsible, self- motivated, resourceful and proactive team player

Ability to work under pressure, independent and willingness to go extra miles
Meticulous, organised, perseverant and good communication skill

Basic facility management knowledge
Problem solving
Pleasant but assertive

Minimum diploma holder
