Founded in 2014 by 3 avid travelers, Ethan Lin, Eric Gnock Fah and Bernie Xiong, Klook inspires and enables more moments of joy for travelers with over half a million curated quality experiences ranging from the biggest attractions to paragliding adventures, iconic museums to rich cultural tours, and other convenient local travel services across 2,300 destinations around the world.

What you'll do:

• Content creation for Klook blog and social media accounts, with an added dimension of making it more suited for Gen Z audience
• Drive experimentation on newer platforms, such as Reddit, Lemon8, Threads, to build a strong travel community
• Assist in monthly social listening reporting to measure brand marketing efforts against 2025 company goals
• Trial the use of emerging AI tools for both visual and written content to scale content creation

What you’ll need:

• Studying a degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
• A start-up attitude - highly proactive and collaborative with an entrepreneurial mindset. Not afraid to work independently when required
• Be an avid storyteller with a love for travel
• Proficiency in graphic and video production, and social tools such as Emplifi and Brandwatch is a bonus
