Based in Singapore, we are looking for an exceptionally driven Intern, HR to join our Human Resources organization. This will be a 6-month full-time internship.
Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding: Provide support in the preparation of onboarding materials for new hires and support the exit processes for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties involved.

Talent Acquisition Support: Partners with hiring teams to build effective sourcing and assessment in managing full end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent brand activities. Additionally, supports the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment operations.

Employee Relations: Provide support in the execution of employee engagement initiatives and key events, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensure data integrity, and assist with the management of HR documents and files.

General HR Support: Provide administrative support for various HR projects, events, and other departmental tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the HR team.
Requirements:

Passionate about building a career in HR

Relevant experience in a HR role or Talent Acquisition

High sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

Ability to leverage communication and interpersonal skills to successfully establish and maintain professional relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams

Possess excellent people engagement, verbal and written communication skills
