Job Summary:
Support marketing & operations team on the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities for healthcare products
Through this role, you will be able to gain an understanding of:
- Medical diagnostics & device industry
- Commercial and marketing skillsets
- Data analysis skillsets
- Support in product launches and marketing activities
- Support in conferences, workshops and events execution to drive awareness, engagement and conversion
- Liaise with design agencies to develop marketing assets
- Conceptualize and develop impactful Point of Sale Materials (POSMs), work with design agency to prepare collaterals, while meeting deadlines. Collaterals includes in store POSM, e-banner ads and brand promotion.
- Manage social media accounts and create content to drive traffic to brands’ websites
- Data reporting - prepare monthly reports, conduct market research
- Administrative tasks and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- Demonstrate ability to work independently, multi-task, meet deadlines and prioritize time-sensitive tasks, strong eye for details and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
- Possess knowledge and familiarity with social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok)
- Knowledge and experience in graphics creation software is an advantage
