Intern, People Development (Summer 2025 Intern)

The People Development Team (PD) in Singlife is focused on ensuring the company’s talent strategies support achievement of its goals. We believe talent is critical to the organisation. As such, PD is passionate about developing Singlifers.
Focus of the Internship
From this internship experience you will:
- Be actively involved in the planning and delivery of talent development initiatives.
- Learn how to frame communication messages and content to suit different stakeholders.
- Use data-driven approaches to solve problems and develop recommendations.
- Put your skills to practice, learn new skills, and learn more about yourself.
- Assist in the development and implementation of key talent development programmes including and not limited to, the Internship, Management Associate and Talent Experience Programmes.
- Analyse feedback and come up with insights to guide action steps to improve talent development initiatives.
- Collaborate and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project components and activities are completed successfully.
- Develop and prepare communication materials to drive awareness and participation of talent initiatives.
- Support in the analysis and reporting for organisational Employee Engagement Survey.
- Support other ongoing People Development initiatives.
As part of the internship, you will gain hands-on experience to end-to-end L&D work from – identification of learning needs to the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D initiatives.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Undergraduates student in a business or social sciences related programme. Undergraduates in other disciplines with an interest in L&D are welcomed to apply.
- Enjoys solving problems; able to critically analyze and use data to support decisions
- Possesses strong communication and organizing skills.
- Works well in a team and is eager to learn
- Has a discerning eye for details and quality focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Powerpoint, Forms and Excel) and other social learning and engagement applications.
