Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Pizza Chef to join our team a new f&b setup, a casual dining Italian restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic, farm-to-table Italian cuisine. The Pizza Chef will be responsible for crafting delicious pizzas, managing the pizza station, and ensuring high-quality food standards.
Responsibilities

• Pizza Preparation: Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences.
• Dough Making: Craft and manage pizza dough, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Topping Selection: Select and prepare various pizza toppings, ensuring freshness and variety.
• Oven Management: Operate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring optimal cooking conditions.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of pizzas, ensuring they meet our restaurant's standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage inventory for the pizza station, including ordering and restocking ingredients.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and efficient service.
• Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers to take special requests and ensure satisfaction.
• Innovation: Develop and introduce new pizza recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.

Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience as a pizza chef or in a similar role is preferred.
• Culinary Skills: Strong culinary skills with a focus on pizza preparation and Italian cuisine.
• Knowledge: Understanding of different pizza styles, dough-making techniques, and cooking methods.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff.
