Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients for cooking
Assist Demi Chef in mass production cooking
Ensure kitchen cleanliness, kitchen safety and food hygiene
Willing to learn and take instructions from Chefs/Cook
Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be willing to learn, possess positive attitude when working with different levels of people and be able to work well in stressful situations.
• Must be flexible and able to work on any station, at any time as assigned.
• Good personal hygiene.
• Must be able to work any day, any schedule.
• 5.5-day work week with shifts
