About the role - you will:

• To work with cross functional department to improve operational efficiency.
• Involve in Factory Control System
• Improve productivity, reduce scrap, and reduce materials waste.
• To identify bottlenecks, system constraints and to work with respective process owners to elevate the constraints.
• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement activities.
• Help implement and standardize best practices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Your experience includes:

• Good experienced with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen and 6 Sigma. Preferably certified Lean Engineer or 6 Sigma Practitioner
• Proven record in continuous improvement projects
