Learning and Development Consultant Manager

You will also help determine hiring and resourcing needs, select and hire the right talent, inspire and develop your team, build an exceptional workplace culture, and align Gallup’s organizational strategy with business needs. In addition to occasionally leading courses, you’ll manage the LDC team and coach and consult on employee engagement , manager development and Clifton Strengths .

- A bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, organizational development, leadership, education or other behavioral economics field required
- At least seven years of experience managing projects, people or processes required
- At least five years of experience in leadership training, recruiting, consulting, human resources, change management, coaching or business development required
- Ability to work in Gallup’s Singapore office a minimum of three days a week required
- Professional coaching certification and experience preferred
- Expertise with diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives is a plus
