Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work very closely with our lawyers in various practice areas. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Providing full secretarial support to our lawyers,

Preparing correspondences and legal papers,

Assisting in specialised tasks unique to the legal profession.

Requirements:

Higher Nitec, GCE 'O', 'A' levels or Diploma

At least 2 years of legal secretarial experience. We are open to consider candidates without legal secretarial experiences

Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook software applications

Good typing speed and accuracy

Good command of written and spoken English

Possess initiative and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
