Logistics Assistant (1-year contract)

PURPOSE

At Kallang Alive Sport Management (KASM), we value you and believe everyone plays an important role in the success of the Singapore Sports Hub. You will be part of a dynamic team to ensure venues in the Sports Hub are logistically ready to host a wide spectrum of sports, entertainment and lifestyle events. You are expected to execute the set up and tear down plan developed by your team manager. You will also be required to maintain the logistics equipment and ensure that they are in good condition and ready for use.

ROLES &

RESPONSBILITIES

You will be a team member supporting the team, the responsibilities/accountabilities include:

Execute logistics plan in the set up and tear down of event space
Maintain logistics equipment
Take inventory of logistics equipment and ensuring that equipment are well maintained and ready for use
Understand and follow company’s Health and Safety and operational policies and procedures
All other reasonable and related tasks and responsibilities as requested by the management
As a Team Member, you will assist to operationalise the above responsibilities, according to the value and areas of contribution you can bring to the team

In addition, the candidate should possess the following:

Physically fit with a positive working attitude and good attendance
Able to speak English
Customer-oriented
Willing to learn and teachable
Team player who is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Able to work odd-hours, weekends and public holidays when required
