- Understand and comply with all operating procedures to ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate and liaise with customers and transporters to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Plan and organize orders to meet customer shipment delivery and collection requirements.
- Perform data collection and submit accurate reports when required.
- Manage cycle count administration and ensure stock accuracy.
- Ensure timely processing of all incoming (including exchanges and returns) and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure all shipment documentation is accurate and submitted promptly.
- Drive and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Report non-conformance of shipments to the Executive.
- Be comfortable with lifting goods (~15-20kg) when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook), VBA skills are a plus.
- Experience using operations dashboards (Power BI, Tableau) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
