Manager/Senior Manager, Partnerships & Engagement (Communications)

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations, branding, and marketing communication strategies across digital and offline channels to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.
- Oversee websites, intranet, and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok), ensuring consistent brand messaging, SEO optimisation, positive audience engagement and data-driven performance.
- Plan and execute campaigns and events, while leading the creation of high-quality content across multiple channels, aligning with institutional messaging and key milestones.
- Lead the production of digital and print assets, ensuring all collateral aligns with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyse the performance of communication strategies and campaigns to support data-driven decision-making.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the team’s objectives.
Requirements
- Degree from an established university in Public Relations, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within a tertiary education environment.
- Proven ability to lead strategic communications initiatives.
- Expertise in website development, SEO, and digital platform optimisation.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, CMS) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Experience in social media and website management.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
- Able to work well independently as well as collaboratively within tight timelines.
- Detail-oriented and resourceful, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced changing environment and willing to explore new ideas.
