Executive/Senior Executive, Partnerships & Engagement (Communications), One-Year Contract

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with institutional goals.
- Design visually engaging content for social media, websites, e-newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
- Initiate and manage the content creation of graphics and multimedia assets for campaigns and events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage social media platforms, producing posts and video content, and analysing performance to optimise engagement.
- Manage events and/ or activities as appointed.
- Track and report on the performance of design and communications initiatives to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with other duties to support the team’s objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Communications, Design, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a tertiary education environment.
- Strong graphic design, writing and editing skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro) or similar tools.
- Experience with social media and website management.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
