We are seeking a dynamic Outreach Executive to enhance awareness of our services and programs through digital marketing and the delivery of financial education activities. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering financial resilience through effective communication and education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing & Outreach. Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms. Monitor, analyse, and optimize outreach strategies to raise awareness of CCS services.
- Content Creation & Management. Create, manage, and update content for online platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters. Engage with the audience, respond to queries, and maintain a consistent online presence.
- Talks & Workshops. Conduct and facilitate financial literacy talks and workshops. Assist in the administration of these programs, ensuring smooth delivery and participant engagement.
- External Collaboration. Work with external vendors and partners on advertising and promotional campaigns to boost CCS’s visibility.
- Programme Logistics. Support the logistical aspects of program delivery, including scheduling, venue preparation, and managing feedback collection.
- Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Mass Communications, Media Management, or related discipline
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media analytics.
- Experience in adult training, particularly in financial literacy or education.
- WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA), WSQ Diploma in Design and Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP), WSQ Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education (DACE), or equivalent certification.
- Experience in non-profit organizations, community outreach, or partnership management is a plus.
- Willing and able to work outside normal working hours (weekends and evenings) when required.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Competent in using digital media tools, including photo and video editing software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage resources effectively.
- Strong collaborative skills to work with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
