About the Role:
Our Marketing team in Singapore enhances and protects the FTI Consulting brand by promoting our people, client successes, community initiatives and leading positions both internally and externally.

The Senior Associate/Manager for Marketing & Communications in Asia & Caribbean has overall responsibility for the communications strategy and execution in Asia & Caribbean. The role requires an individual to support all external and internal communications including media relations, content and social media, with the individual reporting into the Head of Marketing for Asia and Caribbean.

A successful candidate is someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment and will have exemplary communications skills across the board and a strong sense of how to build the FTI Consulting brand in the region.

This person must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organisation and have the demonstrated ability to juggle multiple, competing tasks and demands. The candidate must have superior writing skills and a strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the communications and content strategy for the region, to achieve our objectives set out in the Asia Vision of being recognized as the leading expert-driven consulting firm in Asia & Caribbean.
Develop an Asia narrative that defines our difference and competitive advantages in the market by communicating our growth story in the region, including managing all corporate announcements, promoting key investment businesses and the appointment of marquee hires.
Work with all segments to develop insights into macro drivers that have the potential to drive our business, and in turn highlighting how we are equipped to address multiple aspects of key issues.
Raise brand awareness and increase our share of voice in the region, driving long-term, sustained growth by strengthening FTI Consulting’s brand in our core markets.
Identify, package and promote Asia & Caribbean success stories highlighting FTI Consulting’s ability to deliver major cross-segment and regional solutions for our clients.
Guide the digital marketing strategy for all FTI Consulting Asia & Caribbean social media platforms (Asia Linked In, India Linked In, and We Chat) and optimize utilization and integration of digital tools.
Build relations with regional key media outlets to identify opportunities to profile FTI Consulting and our expert teams across the region.
First point of contact for all inbound media enquiries, working with segments, legal and conflicts to evaluate, support and execute on each opportunity.
Coordinate with the global Corporate Communications team on cross-region media, internal communications and social media campaigns.
Drive internal and external leadership communications for the Head of Asia & Caribbean.
Undertake media and content development training for all levels across the region.
Oversee positioning of FTI Consulting Asia & Caribbean offerings on the corporate website.
Manage, motivate and mentor junior team members for the most impactful results, as well as professional growth through career development and training opportunities.

Basic Qualifications

Tertiary qualified with professional services marketing background advantageous.
Excellent command of written and verbal English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels.
Strong people management skills.
A professional and positive manner.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to spot areas of improvement and bring new ideas to the table.
