Job Description:
The Medical Records Office Executive Assistant is part of the Medical Records Office (MRO) team in providing medical reports processing and medical records management services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process medical reports applications and manage enquiries from service channels which include phone, emails and face-to-face (walk-in)
- Sort and scan medical records
- Retrieval of physical records from store
- Participate in department projects and will be activated to work on Saturdays for project duration of 2 to 3 years
- Other work assignments by the department
Competency
- Proficient in verbal and written communication skills
- Good in the management of emails and drafting replies to external customers
- Comfortable in communicating with internal and external customers through phone calls and face-to-face interactions
Educational and Professional Requirements
- Diploma/A-level qualification or relevant work experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel or Word
- Comfortable in learning IT software applications such as NGEMR, SAP, Medical Records Management System (MRMS)
- Ready to work on a yearly contract basis
