Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the slurry treatment plant, focusing on optimizing processes and maintaining equipment.
- Lead a team of operators and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage the overall operations of the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal performance.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive financial efficiency.
- Serve as the primary contact for external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and suppliers.
- Proven experience in wastewater or slurry treatment operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team management and process optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
