- Develop and maintain the Company’s Quality Management System according to standards.
- Ensure office and project quality comply with codes, standards, and regulations.
- Coordinate quality issues, inspect work to match method statements and BCA practices.
- Address non-conformance issues with preventive and corrective actions.
- Keep QAQC records and ensure project documentation meets QMS requirements.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits for Singapore, Malaysia, and India.
- Ensure timely renewal of authority certifications.
- Submit applications for authority awards for completed projects.
- Facilitate regular meetings and management reviews.
- Update and maintain the organizational chart.
