Property Valuation Assess market value of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Market Research and Analysis Gather and analyze data on real estate trends and market conditions.

Site Inspections Inspect properties to evaluate condition and document findings.

Financial Analysis Analyze financial information and perform valuation modeling.

Report Preparation Prepare detailed valuation reports.

Client Interaction Communicate findings and provide advice to clients.

Regulatory Compliance Ensure valuations comply with laws and standards.

Collaboration Work with real estate professionals and internal teams.
-
Technology and Tools Use valuation software and stay updated on new tools.
-
Continuing Education Participate in professional development and maintain certifications.
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in real estate, finance, or related field.
- Certifications like MAI or CREA preferred.
- Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
